However, in the meantime I am looking to offload some of my old/dead projects which so many of us have. I had a rummage around and found a few things I simply don't need anymore. The first of these has already been eBayed, but I thought I'd slow down the pace of my selling to give those who might actually be interested a chance to find these and make offers.
So, as the title of this post suggests, I am getting rid of my Warhammer 40k Squats. The figures are old, very old, and collectors pieces at this point. Here is a shot of the whole collection, minus those without bases and a few bits.
As you can see, some of the figures are plastic, others are metal. Some are multi-part and are missing arms etc, I don't have these, and this is where the hard work comes in. This army will need to be heavily converted, and I simply don't have the time or the inclination to do it these days. When I was younger and more impetuous it was a different story, but now I will leave it to someone else.
As you can also see, some of the figures are painted to various degrees, the Exo-Armour Squats are almost all painted, not by my hand I might add. Lurking in the rear are three Trikes. Two have weapons platforms, the other one not.
Eventually these will find their way onto eBay, but for now I will leave it to the Internet to see if anyone who really wants these stumbles across them. If you are interested, get in touch via comments, or on Twitter. I am @ZenMiniPainting
